Professionals with advanced degrees in Management or Advanced Certifications level will usually be recruited as Consultant and later will be promoted as Engagement Manager, Associate Principal, Principal, Partner and Senior Partner (Managing Director).
The growth of Accountant depends on his capability to understand the Federal or Government Tax structure and his ability to analyze the things from different perspective and he should be in a position to get the things the right in every financial circumstance.
